Six things MindFlash does that other flashcard apps don't

The combination that makes MindFlash the right second app for the NotebookLM workflow.

1. Import directly from NotebookLM

NotebookLM creates flashcards from your sources. MindFlash imports them in one tap. Two-column CSV, no header, no transformation. The whole import takes 30 seconds.

2. FSRS instead of SM-2

FSRS is a more modern spaced-repetition algorithm than SM-2. It learns from your review history per-deck, adjusts difficulty and stability per-card, and produces better retention at the same review count. The same algorithm Anki now supports via the FSRS plugin, built into MindFlash by default.

3. On-device AI tutor that does not watch you back

A local model that runs entirely on your phone. Tap a card during review, get "Explain this card" / "Why is this wrong?" / "Give me a hint". Nothing is uploaded. The only AI tutor that does not watch the student back.

4. Zero account, zero cloud
