MindFlash uses local AI to help create study materials. For ordinary local AI generation, MindFlash does not upload your notes, decks, cards, files, or prompts to remote AI services.
AI output can still be wrong, incomplete, biased, unsafe, infringing, or unsuitable. Review generated cards, summaries, explanations, and notes before relying on them. MindFlash is not professional, medical, legal, financial, academic, or safety advice.
Local AI features are intended for users who are at least 18, or minors who have parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult supervision and permission. Do not use AI features to create deceptive, harmful, hateful, sexual, violent, exploitative, abusive, malware-related, or rights-infringing material.
Use the in-app Report AI Output action where available if generated content is offensive, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise problematic. Submitting a report may send the reported output, related prompt context, technical metadata, and your contact information if provided so MindFlash can investigate and improve safeguards.
MindFlash may disable AI features, adjust prompts, block unsafe flows, preserve submitted reports, or update model/runtime behavior when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or Google Play AI-generated content requirements.
