MindFlash is an offline-first study app. Users are responsible for having the rights needed to import, write, generate, export, or otherwise use study material in the app.

If you believe material connected to MindFlash infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact `mindflash.ai.support@gmail.com`.

Please include:

- Your name and contact email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- A description of the MindFlash-related material you believe is infringing.
- A short explanation of why the use is unauthorized.
- A good-faith statement that the information in your request is accurate.

MindFlash may review the request, contact the user if identifiable, disable a reported support or sharing pathway where applicable, preserve records needed for dispute handling, and restrict abusive use. MindFlash provides this complaint process for product hygiene but does not claim formal designated-agent status or safe-harbor protection.
