Effective Date: June 11, 2026

MindFlash is designed around local study content. For ordinary local AI generation, MindFlash does not upload your notes, decks, cards, files, or prompts to remote AI services.

MindFlash may process limited technical data for Firebase Crashlytics diagnostics, Firebase App Check integrity, Google Play services, model downloads, and support or AI reports you intentionally submit. Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK) have rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure (deletion), restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal.

Use Delete all local data to clear app-managed local study data. Use Delete local AI model to remove the downloaded model. Use Android settings to manage app storage, notification permissions, and the Android Advertising ID. Contact mindflash.ai.support@gmail.com for privacy, access, correction, deletion, copyright, or AI safety questions.

The Google Play Data Safety form and privacy policy must disclose diagnostics, device identifiers, app interactions, model download metadata, and support/report handling.
